Tasha is an experienced and friendly realtor. She was able to help us get more than asking price, close quickly, and it was a cash offer (so no hoops to jump through). Tasha also was able to find our new home, that we didn’t even have on our list to look at. It checked every box and more. The whole process was seamless and easy. I often hear how closings don’t happen because of paperwork that was missed, but we had no issues.
