Constantly behind schedule by an hour or two. Facility is not clean. Staff and other patients are rude. Will not be returning here. I highly recommend you don’t come here either.
They take GREAT CARE OF ME. ☺️ Therapist Amber Thomas is AMAZING!! Also: Ms. AnZhane my Care Coordinator is Amazing! 🤗 Can't Forget: The Awesome Employment Specialist! Tamiko Creswell! Wow! 🤩
This place is racist,rude and security is a joke .they spend most of there time sleeping in there cars or harassing clients. I have been harassed , threatened with violence by staff.if you try and write a grievance they will just throw you out
One of the worst because I’ve been in worse facilities the wait time to see a doctor is longer than 30 minutes more like an hour and a half. The bathroom is open to the public. Anyone can go in there and use it. That’s not safe for their patients that’s being treated.. I am starting to think these low budget. Doctors are charging the wait time as well. I feel that is some type of Medicaid or insurance fraud going on And someone needs to look into that
