Team Warmbrodt made our first home buying experience such a joy. Joe and Pam helped us get a home we love and during the entire process we felt supported, informed, and well advised. They both have expert knowledge of the market and home buying process, and they were able to anticipate our questions and needs before we even knew we had them. They also have the network and connections for experts that are needed during the home buying process and beyond. We are beyond grateful to have worked with them!
I do not feel comfortable using my real name, but I do feel compelled to leave a review. We purchased our first home with Joe and Pam’s assistance in 2024, and they were very personable and had a lot of experience so we felt like we were making a good call in having them as our realtors. Unfortunately, we did not feel that they had our best interests in mind through the home buying process.
