Brandon and Scott are amazing! They are trained professionals that truly know their business. They know how to motivate and get results without unnecessary physical pain or mental soreness. I have to say, if you're not coming here for your health needs and improvements you're wasting time and money at other places. This gym is small but it is full of new clean state of the art equipment, including the G-Nat! Once you do it you'll be hooked!

Excellent gym. Weight room has everything you could need for any type of training from general fitness to extreme performance. The vertical fitness room with G-NAT equipment is a game-changer. If you haven't already - you should try it out.
