Our family has used Team Ultimo for multiple projects for more than 20 years. They have done everything from home remodels to building our new home, remodeled 3 floors of a commercial building, made my brother's home handicap accessible, designed and updated my daughter's condominium etc etc. We highly recommend this team for their professionalism, reliability and on time performance. They bring the ultimate in construction experience!
Frank Ultimo of Team Ultimo Real Estate was the builder of the home that I recently purchased. Our engineer inspection showed evidence of foundation problems. Frank said that the foundation problems were not a builder responsibility and that they were a homeowner maintenance issue. I do not agree. Frank visited the home to see what was going on but has ignored all subsequent communication. See photos. This was within a 10 year statutory warranty requirement.
Had the pleasure of working with Frank on several projects, always does great work and really listens to the client!
