Have used Team Turf for 7 years. They receive my calls or emails & quickly respond, providing specific. For example, They easily accomodated me when I added coverage areas or modified appointments. They don't have to be prompted to arrange future recurring services. If I have a conflict with a treatment schedule, they quickly & graciously accomodate any changes I require. We were introduced to Team Turf a couple months ago by our neighbor; best tip we've had in a long time! John's candor in assesing our lawns gave us a much clearer understanding of the proper care of fescue grass. We recently had our lawn aerated, over seeded and fertilized by Juan Alvarez and his crew from Team Turf. There were several members from the Team Turf team and they worked together efficiently and quickly to cover my whole lawn. When they arrived, I identified some problem areas of the lawn and they performed additional steps to make sure they were addressed and provided pointers how to deal with these areas in the future. Juan, Guy, and Bryson from Team Turf are the best in the business. I needed an extra area aerated and seeded and they took the time to make sure that every part of my yard, front and back, were treated perfectly. The crew is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They took the extra time to answer all of my questions and advise me on getting the exact outcome I wanted. You won't find better service or a better crew anywhere.
