terrible purchase I purchased a used 2002 Nissan from this dealership. I have had nothing but problems with it. Everytime I've had it there to be serviced the management has been very rude. The first time I tool it was becasue it keep stalling and the check engine light came on and they first told me it was pistons and the next day they say that wasn't the problem I either ran out of gas of had bad gas. Sales Dpt. Greedy salesman offered me lousy $1800 for my 2001 Honda Accord trade in. I walked out, and drove to Team Toyota ??Langhorne, PA. They offered me $4000 for my trade, and $600 less on the price for better equipped RAV4.
Blew me off I went here looking for a Corolla. Because I looked young, they asked me if I had the money with me to buy a car. Do you walk around with $10,000 in your pocket? I said no, and the salesman said come back when you have the money and walked away. I drove up to a Honda dealer and bought from them. Too many dealers around to be treated like that.
Body shop My car got busted up so I had to have about $2000 of work on the front. The job itself was great, but that might be because they sent the car to Team Toyota in Langhorne, NJ. I only knew that afterwards, otherwise I would have gone straight there.
TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP I was trying to buy a used 2005 4runner. They had their list price 3,000 above book value. -Didn't know/ask my name once. -Extreme pressure/insulting sales techniques (YOU CAN'T AFFORD THIS? ARE YOU SERIOUS?) -First told me Bluebook/Edmunds are bogus value indicators, then printed one for a 2006(year newer) with less miles so the price would be inflated. -Called multiple times, with insulting manner.
