Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with team Toyota. I drove from New Orleans to look at a vehicle. I was very belittled and felt as if they did not need my sale. After trying to negotiate on a price, the salesman told me he was not worried about selling a car to a 20 year old girl. He also told me if I wanted a lower price, then I should take my business to Texas. He made sure to let me know he had already sold three cars that day and was tired and ready to go home. Called today to inquire about a vehicle. Was dealing with a salesman named Manny. We had a 2 hour drive to go see the vehicle. Was told they would hold the keys only if we were on our way. I called at 2:30 to make sure it was still available and that he would hold the keys. Which he agreed too. Once we arrived we were informed that Manny had left for the day and that the car was sold one hour ago. Completely unprofessional. Went to Team Toyota to look at a Tacoma they had on their used car lot. When I got there, Amanda was there waiting on me when I pulled into the parking lot. She was friendly, straightforward and honest. She talked to my daughter and kept her entertained with drawing and talking Paw Patrol with her while I was waiting on the finance dept to finish their part of the sale.
