I brought my Toyota Prius in two years ago. The fan on the a/c was blowing intermittently. They said I would need a whole new a/c unit at a cost of over $3500. I showed them the compressor was producing very cold air, the fan just didn’t work all the time. They stuck with their total a/c replacement. I passed on it since the fan worked most of time. Lied to a mom about car seat safety and it was a joke to them I had an issue regarding the child safety features of a car I purchased from them. Long story short, I was lied to just to make the sale. When addressed, I was ignored for months. Finally, Brett Kemp returned my phonecall and was so rude and degrading to me as a person I had to file a complain with the BBB. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! After an extensive search for a Toyota Certified Camry that was immaculate, we made the decision to drive 2 and 1/2 hours to Baton Rouge from Mississippi. We emailed first and talked to Paul Picou, and always got very prompt replies that very extremely helpful. Chad Edgecombe, our salesman, made us feel extremely comfortable and was absolutely wonderful. It was completely worth the drive, which we made 2 days in a row! Will definitely be back to see him!
Great service department I've brought my car here several times for maintenance and repairs. They treat their customers like royalty. You get prompt attention when you walk in. They do a thorough inspection, you're informed about everything and are given all of your options. Shuttle service is available.

I had an appointment and drove over 1 hr with staying in contact all the way there and NOT one time did they say they sold the car I was going to buy. I even texted 30 minutes away letting them know still on our way. When we got there All the manager could say was he was not aware in a different department nor did they know that a sales person sold it.
