I brought my Toyota Prius in two years ago. The fan on the a/c was blowing intermittently. They said I would need a whole new a/c unit at a cost of over $3500. I showed them the compressor was producing very cold air, the fan just didn’t work all the time. They stuck with their total a/c replacement. I passed on it since the fan worked most of time. I was looking for a certified pre-owned car and Mr Ken StCyr went to extraordinary lengths to find a car that fit my needs, even driving me to a second Team location to see what was available there. Once I made a selection he made sure all my concerns were addressed so the car was ready to go when I went back for it. Ken took all the stress out of buying a car. I hate car shopping but Anthony made this a pleasant experience and I would certainly recommend him to anyone that ask. He is a great car salesman.
