The best part about hiring the Toths is that you get a full team. Deniece is the relationship manager and team lead. Her role includes helping figuring out what needs to be done to a house to sell it, and pricing the property properly. James is the general contractor who retains and brings in good vendors (electricians, plumbers, etc.) to handle repairs or improvements. Acacia handles the paperwork expertly. We had a great experience working with Piper throughout our entire home buying process! As first time home buyers, she made the process much more approachable and less daunting. She is very well organized, knowledgeable, professional and overall a very kind and considerate person to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order for us at each step, frequently checked-in and was very responsive and open to any questions or requests we had. We highly recommend Team Toth to anyone looking to buy!!
Unprofessional in every way. Realtor did not even show up at the closing. Many things about my new home were never explained to me. I fired them and hired another realtor to sell my old home. All show…..no action. Next time I will spend my money elsewhere.
