Terry just helped my fiancée and I close on our very first home this last Friday. We've been looking at homes for almost a year now in the Bismarck/Mandan area and Terry was excellent through the whole process. His communication skills were amazing! Terry has a great response time and communication.[always available!] He always kept me informed what to do next [when, how, & where]. Answered all my questions to my level of understanding.
