I highly recommend Team Technology for both service and sales of Macs. They're the best. With my very old Mac, they were able to repair it and then let me know when it was finally at its end. I've since bought two more Macs from them. These guys know their stuff. I wouldn't buy a Mac from anyplace else! I've had a computer from a big box store. Terrible service and the prices aren't any better.
These guys are not very customer focused in my opinion. Not a lot of personality. I just hope they get my Mac fixed properly. I hope the technical skill heavily outweighs there interpersonal skills!
