I was very disappointed with Team Tax solutions, they dragged out my negotiations with IRS which increased how much I owed them. In the end, they never resolved my situation and I just incurred more interest on my balance. Also, I could never directly access Linda without going through Peggy, it was very strange and unprofessional. I would not recommend.
