Cheryl is PHENOMENAL. Our home was on the market for over 6 months. When our contract expired, we were referred to Cheryl who had our home under contract in a few days!! The closing process was incredibly smooth and we even closed early! We didn’t meet Cheryl in person until closing day but she worked incredibly hard for us!
