This is a great combat sports gym for young and old alike. Darryl and his team do a great job working with the kids. Keep up the good work Strike Zone!
Our son started wrestling mid Dec and loves it. Coaches have a perfect balance of being tough yet understanding.
My daughter started the youth boxing class when Strike Zone opened up in Norwich. The program is fantastic and the entire gym is very family oriented. I love how that the MMA guys will give encouragement to the young kids as they are learning new techniques! It is a great family atmosphere! We love it here and am very glad that we found Coach D and Team Strike Zone!
Coach Darryl is really a great guy and great instructor, very knowledgeable with a lot of experience for many years starting back when he was my best opponents in high school wrestling Ledyard versus NFA. I am a chiropractor in Groton, I specialize in sports medicine and work with the Strike Zone athletes to help keep everyone in good shape. I love being part of the Strike Zone team.
Been attending about a month now great gym, great coaches they treat u like family doesnt matter if your brand new or been there for years they show everybody the same level of attention i love it has been a change of life for me im healthier stronger and it has helped me quit smoking great therapy also
