Absolute best! We were on a time crunch as my husband and I approached my seven month pregnancy mark and steve and Donna not only sold our house after the first open house, they helped us find our dream home and coordinated closing dates to be the same day!! To top it all off, they knew we wanted to get some painting done before move in, and they worked their magic to get the paint complete before closing! 5 stars all around!! Oh and they are LOVELY people!
Steve and Donna helped sell our house in 2015. They were with us every step of the way and always on top of everything. We had a 6 mo. old and they worked very hard to try and work around the baby's schedule as much as possible, which as new parents we very much appreciated. Either Steve or Donna were always present for every showing, and/or open house (only needed 1!), as well as any additional appointments (inspections, minor repairs, etc.). Team Steve and Donna helped me find and buy my home 8 years ago. I recently requested my mortgage company cancel my PMI. However, before I did that I contacted Team Steve and Donna to get their broker opinions prior to paying my mortgage company for an appraisal. They did a market comparison and advised me to request a cancellation. Unfortunately the mortgage company sent an appraisal company that did a terrible job. RecommendedTeam Steve and Donna sold our home in less than 3 weeks and it was not Springtime when houses are sold quickly. It was between Thanksgiving and Christmas which is normally not a good time to sell homes. Great Team who are always there for you 100% of the time.
