Working with Melissa and John was such a lovely experience. The process of finding a new home is a daunting experience and they made sure to make the process as painless as possible. Every property they showed us was so dreamy and they did a great job of listening to our specific requirements of what we wanted. Although we ended up going outside the SoCal housing market, we would absolutely use their services should we be active in this market again. Thank you so much Mel and John!

John and Melissa handled the sale of our condo in Mission Bay in November 2024 and did an absolutely fabulous job for us. They are responsive, professional and very friendly. A really lovely couple. And the best part, they got us more than we were asking for! Then, they helped us purchase a home in Mission Beach in January 2025. Again, they did an excellent job. We couldn't be happier. Melissa and John helped us purchase our first home. My husband and I enjoyed working with them. They were extremely knowledgeable and never put pressure on us whatsoever. They made us feel like they were looking out for our best interest. We hit a few bumps along our purchasing process and they truly supported us the entire time and even helped us figure out a few things after we closed on the home.
