Very rude sales people !
Terrible customer service. When asked what I wanted for my trade in they rudely responded by saying “well you’re pretty much wasting your time you might as well go somewhere else.” Didn’t even bother to show me the truck I came to look at or even look at my trade in. Wasn’t able to catch the salesman’s name he was so rude. Wasn’t there 5 minutes… never dealt with a salesman with such a rude attitude. Definitely won’t be back or recommend anyone.
Alan was awesome. Went in to sell my car was in and out fast. Alan made me feel comfortable through the entire transaction.
They contacted me and gave me a decent online offer. When I took the car in to have it appraised, they low balled me several thousand on the original offer. I expected this somewhat, but what I didn't expect was the rude behavior. From the minute I walked in the door, the gentleman assisting me was dismissive and clearly did not take me serious. If you're looking to be treated with respect and given a good offer, don't try and sell your car here.
Fun and friendly environment, thanks Kevin, Harry, and Anthony for making the purchase super easy and super fast. Proud new owner of a Honda Pilot. Will definitely use again for another purchase in the future.
