We have been trying to resolve a billing issue for months. A crown case was ordered, the patient was not happy. Case was returned, credit has not been issued. Called and emailed several times and spoke to several people, going to check into it, never returned calls or email correspondence. Requested to speak to the owner, no one ever came back on the line. Cannot recommend working with this company.
The people who run this place are horrible bosses. They fired their most loyal and best employee when she voiced her opinion during a corporate social dinner. Instead of giving bonuses during the holidays the owners of this place waste money on frivolous things that employees don't care for like concert tickets, and stupid dinners. They fired ALL of the people that originally started with them when they started the company because they were getting paid too much. Spent a little over 3 years with this company. It has its stressful season and days, but overall. Standards, production, and consistency are big deals there and if you’re someone who can produce a good amount of work consistently you’ll be fine. Details matter, and so does employee rapport. Don’t go into this company thinking you can cake walk through - you’ll fail and be disappointed trying to point a finger.
