Very poor quality facility. I caught a mouse in the storage unit on the first day and the inside was covered in droppings. They explained to me that "as long as I don't have food in there, it will be fine" like rodents cause no other problems. After 2 months, they raised the rent by 50% and refused to explain why. The instructions sent initially were wrong and the facility address was wrong and I was directed to a further away, outdoor facility which was not what was pictured. Very clean people were very, very nice.
Customer service by Manny was great! I was looking to rent a larger unit , and he explained the sizes, discounts, and reasons for price differences . He brought me to see 2 different units (one about 1/2 mile away). Manny was very courteous and knowledgeable.
