Great team!
This is one of the worst Home Health companies to work for. The higher leadership is blind to the lack of proper guidance, support, and training provided by the "directors". They assume that the new hires are the problem when in fact it is the opposite. The director of nursing only has an associates degree, so she lacks the full education and background needed to be successful in the role. She doesn't even have hospital experience.
