I talked with Jeff Stone about getting help for my parents. Although they did not have regular Medicare, Jeff found out what information I needed and who I needed to contact to get help for them, even if Team Select did not get their business. He was so kind and helpful! He went out of his way to help us. With kind and caring people like Jeff working at Team Select, I’m really sorry my parents could not have received services there.
My Grandma has dementia and it's been a lot of work taking care of her during the day. After calling Team Select who I was referred to by a coworker. My grandmother has Alzheimer's and cannot be left alone at home. After trying to deal with this disease for the last 2 years, we finally figured out it would be cheaper to get in home care then for me to go home constantly.
