He used a 25 ft snake and it wouldn't reach blockage. Came back next day but refused to use 50 ft snake. Instead repeated what he did before. Besides not clearing blockage he changed a perfectly good trap and expected $300 (after 20% )senior discount. Left me with clogged and now leaky sink. This company was doing pretty well until our last visit. One of their new plumbers, with very little experience was sent out to our location. He ended doing a job over $2,000 for a leaking toilet, the toilet ended up leaking the exact same way. I called twice requesting a call back from a manager, but never received one.
