Steven and his team were hard workers and very professional. They showed up and went to work. They told me what was needed to be done and showed me pics and just walked me through each step. I didn’t expect it would be such a huge job. When a sewer pipe bursts it becomes a big job. I’m just grateful these guys stayed with me for the 3 days and explaining everything that was happening. I was required to take a full day off from work in order to attend the scheduled estimate appointment. The appointment was confirmed both by text message and by phone. On the day of the appointment, the technician called, provided a verbal estimate, and stated that he would email the written estimate. In a subsequent email, the technician stated that I had refused the inspection. As a result, I lost a full day of work because the technician did not arrive for the appointment and failed to provide a written estimate.
