I had a portion of some old clogged cast iron pipe that needed to be replaced in my home. Kevin came out to try and run a snake that did not help with the clog so we agreed on a price to replace with PVC. Once that was done a clog further up the line was revealed as well. On top of the few thousand that we agreed upon Kevin and his boss Leo wanted to charge me an additional $600 to run a Jetter down the pipe to release the clog. Team Rooter was at our home for a blocked drain. Team Rooter used a hydrojet to clear the kitchen and main line. The total amount was $1195.00. The technician then put a camera in the line. He told my husband that there were 2 holes in the kitchen line and that water was leaking out through those holes. He instructed to use the dishwasher sparingly to prevent such leakage until the pipe was repaired. The basic option to epoxy the line was $7900. Same day plumbing emergency! I called at 6am (Carolyn was very nice) and the technician was here by 3pm! It’s 4:32pm and our problem is fixed! Great job always guys!
