Poor communication with me as a prospective customer. Met with the owner, Jean Seward, for a siding replacement estimate. Team Roofing was our #1 preferred estimate. But when we reached out with questions to help us make our final decision, we never recevied a response. I tried contacting them multiple times via email and phone to get our questions answered. I had an excellent experience with Team Roofing from start to finish. Their communication was clear, prompt, and professional throughout the entire process. They paid close attention to every detail, and it really showed in the quality of their work. I went with the GAF Grand Sequoia shingles in Autumn Brown, and the result looks fantastic. I highly recommend Team Roofing. I had a wonderful experience from Art Evan’s coming out to my home and giving a very reasonable estimate, to all of the great service from Ariel who helped me with all of the needed paperwork and credit applications, to the awesome installation team headed by Ronald who kept me informed throughout the entire process. Just got my 1st roof replacement, on my 18 year home. This experience was great. Jean and Ariel were both great. They answered all my questions and very easy to communicate too. The crew was very professional. After the job was complete, I watched all the crew members walk around the house picking up garbage. I then walked around the house with the crew lead and inspected the new roof. I'm very impressed and glad I selected Team Roofing Northwest.
