My husband and I Purchased a roof less than 5 yrs ago. Like the other complaints our roof is leaking and we are unable to locate the business. We are still paying for the roof through the finance company.
I had Team Roofing put on a new roof in spring 2020. Had immediately leaks and other issues. We squared up on the issues. 3 years later I have big leak at one of the spot that they fixed. They appeared to be out of business. Not surprised!
Soffit is rotting from leaks. So much for my warranty. Apparently they went out of business. It doesnt surprise me though. They had a great sales pitch but horrible service.
********************* did a great sales job on us. He stressed how long Team Roofing had been around and the five year warranty of workmanship. It appeared that they did a good job replacing our roof a few weeks ago. Last night, the crown siding at the roofline fell. When I called the company, and *********************, I realized it was a scam. My wife asked if we could get the Sheriff involved because these are just sophisticated Travelers.
Team Roofing redid ******* in 2018 and I got a warranty. Wehad real bad rain about two weeks ago, when I called them to discuss, learned they are no longer in business.
Team Roofing installed a new roof on my home earlier this year. They have no closed their doors. Recording says another company has taken over. The tell you to leave an email and they will return with information. I have sent several messages with no information returned. I want my money back.
These guys are crooks. They did the job and were paid. Then the supplier of the materials put a lien on the property because they didn't get paid for the materials.
Called them for the umpteenth time today to try to get them to fix the leaks on the roof they just built for my home and found out via a recorded message that they've gone out of business. Took our money, gave use a shoddy roof, and just ghosted us. Unreal. Learned a hard ****** today. Disregard any "workmanship warrantee" construction companies throw at you to justify charging more than their competition. It's literally worthless. They can just shut down their LLC, open a new one under a new name and leave you hanging.
Closed their business permanently on 25 July 2022 after stranding 58 customers, some of whom had paid deposits for services within 5 business days of their closure, and not responding to requests to return deposits.
