Josh sat down and spoke with me for more time than he should’ve because he had a class but was wholly focused on what he could and could not do for me. He will not sell you on what he can do so no pressure consult. He actually told me to visit a gym that could do exactly what i was looking for. If power lifting is your game definitely meet with Josh he’s awesome. Thank you Josh.

Team Rohr has been great for teaching me how to get into powerlifting! Coach Josh is great at communicating and really making you feel apart of the team, and the team itself is so welcoming! If you’re interested in powerlifting, I’d definitely check them out!

I have been with Team Rohr for just over a year now and it has been the best year of my powerlifting career so far. I live in Wisconsin and my coach(s) live in Georgia, but that has not stopped us from meeting twice weekly via zoom to train. Any questions I've had (even goofy ones), are answered quickly, honestly and professionally. The most impressive is the ability to reach my coach and get feedback that is revelant to what is going on currently (example would be if dealing with an injury...).
