At nearly 70 years old I have no prior experience with PT. At intake I was treated with courtesy, even kindness. Almost every concern or question I had was anticipated and answered before I got a chance to ask. Other questions I had were immediately and thoroughly addressed. The therapist reviewed doctor's order, my history, and conducted a physical assessment. After asking my opinion of my needs we developed a treatment plan of daily exercises and office visits.
