Very friendly staff Professional therapists Clean, well lit facility
Fantastic scheduling, great communication, and the therapists are so attentive and knowledgeable. They let me know my insurance information and benefits beforehand and they have appointments as late as 5:30. Incredible experience!

I’ve been very impressed with Team Rehab in Avondale. Liz is helping me get back to running after a hip injury. She’s a great physical therapist! Everyone there is professional and personable.
