I’ve been seeing Spencer for two months (bi-weekly) for ankle and balance issues, and the progress has been incredible. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and always tailors each session to what I need that day. I feel stronger, more stable, and confident thanks to his guidance. The whole staff works with you and pitches in to help. The experience was very enjoyable overall. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!
