The Staff at Team Rehab West is fantastic! You’re always greeted with warmth and positivity when you walk in the door, and that feeling continues through each and every visit. I have been to several physical therapy companies but Team Rehabilitation is by far the best care I have received. First, I feel everyone from the receptionist to the assistants to the therapists genuinely care about my well-being. I am not alone. I have spoken to other clients while sitting in the lobby and they feel the same. I was especially impressed when I had only been receiving PT for 3 weeks and the therapist told me I was not progressing and she was sending me back to the surgeon for further evaluation. I have been to T.R. 3x for 2 injuries & one PKR (partial knee replacement). I could write a book on this place. I came here in 2023 from shoulder surgery for work conditioning PT. This is one of a handful that do this. I had no idea what to expect. Adriana was my evaluator and from the start she treated me with the upmost professionalism.
