I highly recommend Team Rehabilitation. Steve has been my Therapist and has done an amazing job in making my recovery from knee replacement surgery a success. The entire staff are friendly and inviting as well as helpful and knowledgeable. I hope I never need physical therapy in the future but would definitely return. They are great!
All the PT's are awesome! Especially Carlie!! Art & Paola are awesome too!! After my surgery for a torn meniscus, I didn't think my knee would be back to normal, but Team Rehab made it possible! I'm soo grateful for the whole staff!! If your looking for a Rehabilitation place, this is the one! I highly recommend it!

I have been going to team rehab in elgin for about 6 months now for a back injury. Before that I came for a shoulder tear and plantar fasciitis. The therapists are amazing. They put the patient first every time. They listen and adapt the therapies accordingly. The receptionist is also amazing. She knows insurance very well. Please come check them out!!
I had my left shoulder repaired 2 years ago team rehabilitation worked so hard to get my full motion back and today I have no pain. This summer my right shoulder was bothering me so I had it replaced and Steve again has been so helpful and working so hard to get my shoulder back to the motion I need to preform my job and do the things that I love to do. Thanks Steve and Team Rehabilitations
Everything!! This is the Best Rehabilitation place I’ve ever been to. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful & very professional. Steve is the heart of the facility. I had a knee replacement done & I went there before surgery for conditioning & after for recovery. My Husband also went there for after surgery rehab on his shoulder. He is now cleared to return to work. Without their help, he wouldn’t be doing that at this time. Please don’t hesitate to call or stop by to check out the facility!
All of the staff at Team Rehab, from receptionist to all 3 physical therapists and physical therapy tech, are incredibly friendly, caring, supportive and encouraging. After having a total knee replacement I feel I received the best care possible. They were attentive to my needs and aware of any limitations, but encouraged me to work hard to reach the goals I set for myself so I could return to the active lifestyle I desire.
