It is hard to express the over one year effort and fight with the reverse mortgage company that I used to help my 99 year old mother stay in her home in Browns Point till her death. Dr Jekyll became Mr Hyde the day my mother died,... Kathryn and her team are true godsends. I am happily situated in the room of my choice at Wesley Des Moines because of the Red Team. There were many twists and turns along the way, but once I signed up with them the seemingly impossible task of selling my home and moving here seemed possible. I particularly liked the fact that Kathryn "had a guy" to fix all the problems with preparing the house for market. My mother passed recently and I was named executor. I thought no problem. I can do this. Then it came time to sell her home. There was so much I didn't know.
