Donny A. You smoke pot nonstop. Kiera and you blaze up before, at lunch and after work. I didn't want to drive my car in the yard because it's not a straight shot out and when you double parked, well that cut the drive down in size. Your friends are dope heads that were up vacuuming at 2 a.m. I work for hospice taking care of people in my wife works at a vet company also taking care of animals these people done nothing but collect checks and cause issues with everybody. She woke me up at 5 in the morning by pounding on my door to move my car that was parked directly next to hers when she had to just back out. I don't live in one of their properties, however, my friend and her boyfriend rent from her. He has a heart condition and she has a spinal injury. Recently a couple in their 20's moved into an apartment in the same house as them. Parking is limited there, mostly street parking. I do not see how anyone could rate this company well. They have to be the worst place ever. They are negligent and do not fix anything. For starters, the day we were moving in Lisa came out and told us be careful of the neighbors next to you they have had bed bugs bad. I won't bomb that place again. A week after we moved in our ceiling fan stopped working. No big deal right? Well we had no AC so we contacted the office and all Lisa said was put in a maintenance request so we did so. Cannot express how displeased I am with team realty. For starters the "property manager" Lisa is very shady as previously expressed in other reviews. Ended up moving into a bug infested house and received zero to little help from the landlord even though the bug problem was brought on by our downstairs tenants. When bug problem was brought to her attention was verbally abused and kicked out of her offices. My advice for you unless you like bug riddled housed in trashy neighborhoods is to stay away from this realtor.
I wish I would have read all these reviews before I started renting from this unprofessional company. I loved my apartment, as did live in it for 3yrs years. I know it wasn't the best of places but it was close to work& to everything on the south end of town. I rented from Lisa for a year & a half. I never had any issue with her like all these reviews state. Sure my apartments wasn't the best but it was an old house like most of terre haute! Anytime something was wrong she had her son out within hours, he even came out to unclog my sink. I never saw any mice or bugs in the house. I would text her & she would text back right away. Lisa is very friendly...but they are also shady. I did not have any problems except I went my entire lease with a broken window. I was told it was not as important as other issues. I have a baby and a 9 year old...how is a broken window not important. Most homes are very poor and in bad neighborhoods. They are notorious for buying crappy houses and charging way too much!!!
