Worked with Rahul for my first mortgage. There were lots of hiccups due to the lender not considering a part of my investment portfolio. We were also working on extremely tight closing timelines as we had to resubmit the mortgage application, about 1 week from application to approval. Not to mention that we were on completely opposite timezones as I also happened to be on vacation. Rahul expedited everything and made it happen. Istg this guy mortgages. Deserves beyond 5 stars.

Amazing experience. Being first time home buyer its really hard to get mortgage to be approved. We just loose hope that our mortgage not gonna approved but Rahul showed trust on us and get it done on time. He is such a great person whenever I called him he always talk so nicely and politely. Rahul was able to get us a lower rate than what TD offered. The info needed by him from us was really minimal all things considered. The process was simple and quick. He came recommended by a co-worker and I am very grateful.
