I normally don't give reviews! However, I feel necessary! This is the absolute worst management company out there! We pay a monthly fee for absolutely nothing! A complete waste of money .....terrible! I highly recommend staying far away from this company.
Team plus management manages the Townhome I rent on Pecan Drive in League City. I lived in the unit for a year and had little to no complaints but had little go wrong inside the unit until the next year (this current year). We had our AC go out and a couple of other small problems with other things, which should be expected, the AC unit was 18 years old and just needed to be replaced. They could have been more timely with the repairs but they fixed them and all was good. But recently we got hit with some back charges on late... read more
