I’m pretty upset I haven’t received my refund for Boulder Creek festival. As a vendor who has participated in the event for years, I feel scammed. It’s been 78 days since I received an email that I would be receiving a refund. It’s been 15 days since my check was apparently sent. I’ve sent multiple emails to Skyler with no response and even left a voicemail for headquarters and still no response. I’ve been working in the trade show industry for 8 years and I’ve never had such a difficult time with promoters.
Are you the "new team" for the boulder creek fest? If so, respectfully, we hated it. It was the worst year in over 20 years. The fencing was moronic. Moronic. Why can't venders sell drinks? We were sooooo thrilled to have to wait in a bar line for 15 minutes to get water after we already had waited in the food line for the 10 minutes. 5 thumbs down from our family. 😔
I've attended a number of events by Team Player and they are always top notch! My Favorites were the Urban Race for Make a Wish Foundation, and Taste of Fort Collins and Colorado. They do a fantastic job of keeping all of the attendees happy, running a smooth event and always keeping their cool when problems arise. Their staff is some of the happiest I've worked with even with the situation gets stressful.
