I went to TEAM for my hip replacement and my left knee replacement. For my right knee I use Casa Colima which I did not receive the same treatment. I have arthritis and presently I’m going to TEAM and I’m very happy. My therapist is Jeff Bekendam.
Broke my Tibial Plateau in my Knee and tore my meniscus. I was assigned to Jeff. At first I was questioning why he was so aggressive in his PT approach but quickly realized if you wanted any sense of normalcy again that it was needed and he is doing his job. I was an emotional wreck during my injury and PT and fortunately Jeff and his crew never judged my tears but got me through some hard days. The level of customer service is pitiful especially with private insurance where the administrative burden of paperwork does not exist. Been trying for 3+ weeks and still can't get appointment
I was sent to TEAM Physical Therapy after knee surgery. It was my first time there. The office staff was extremely nice and informative. Jarrod and Jeff were amazing. I got great recommendation on what kind of knee brace I was going to need for physical activity and work. I got great tip on workouts to continue on my own. Thank you.
