Great family owned and run business. Always received outstanding quality embroidery work. Great customer care and service.
I took 4 shirts to be embroidered with an example of the logo I needed on the shirts. I took them at the end of June. I never got a call to say they were complete. After I called them, I went to pick them up and they had put the wrong logo on the shirts. They then argued with me saying it was the correct logo when it was not. They had to buy me new shirts and put the correct logo on. The attitudes I encountered during this process were awful. One lady just shrugged at me like she really didn’t care.
