I went to Team One tickets to purchase tickets for a college bowl game. After watching the ticket prices slowly start to get higher as the bowl game came closer, I went ahead and purchased the tickets on their site. The very next day I got an email stating that my order was not placed b/c the tickets I ordered were sold before I placed the order. Nowadays what separates the Ticket Brokers is service being that, by and large, they are all selling the same widgets. I had a very positive, energyzing experience using Team One Tickets and I highly recommend their service to anyone contemplating using a Ticket Broker.
I recently purchased tickets to the Dave Matthews concert at Cricket Pavilion from these guys and they took really good care of me. Not only were their prices better than the other guys I checked with in town but Roy took excellent care of me, making sure my tickets were delivered to me at my office when he said they would be. Much to my surprise he even upgraded me for no charge - putting me two rows closer to Dave than I expected to be!
I got tickets from Team One Tickets for the U2 show and not only were the prices reasonable, but the customer service was great. Mike really took care of me. I will definitely buy from Team One Tickets again, and I would recommend them to everyone.
