The 2 negative items which affected my satisfaction score are as follows: 1. The front edge of new hood is positive (flushness) to the front bumper which was documented on the work order (by Jace) upon picking up my vehicle. 2. 5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality easy to communicate with, the repair time on my car wasn’t as long as i thought it would which was a nice little surprise and very easy to work with :) plus the repairs on my car are amazing…i can’t even tell it had damage! 🏆 will definitely recommend to others if this spot is in network for them! 5 Star : Customer Service jay was very communicative and informative of time ranges and repair questions :)
