Body Shop is AWFUL!! All after waiting patiently for 6 months for parts to arrive. Took vehicle to dealership exactly when instructed to for the 2-3 week job (their words not mine) Vehicle sat in lot not moved for 2 weeks. Then they tear the front end off as part of the "process" and park it in the lot for 2 additional weeks. Visiting from Ohio and started to panic when my brand new Equinox I've only had for less than a week started making a strange noise. Called Team One Chevrolet and spoke to Mark in service and he got me right in! He was absolutely wonderful and made sure my trip back home would be a safe one!!
