Sam and Dave were a pleasure to work with in getting my mother's house sold. They were there every step of the way from getting the open house up and running to settlement. They were always available to answer questions or just be there with any concerns we had. They got the house under contract in 2 days from the open house and settlement happened 1 month from contract. It was a seamless experience.
