Kylie and her team do an awesome job. They are very flexible if AirBnb guests need to change arrival/departure times last minute. They always report anything that looks out of order, damaged/missing items. They let me know if it’s time for a deep clean, if something is looking a little worn and offer many extra services to making running an AirBnb from another state a breeze. If you’re looking for a wonderful cleaning company, this is the one! Our condo was done so beautifully and they came early enough for our next tenants coming in the same day. Very professional and price is right.
I don't know these people but I sure wouldn't allow them in my home!! I commented on a random post on Facebook and Kylie Pickett owner/employee private messaged me!! Calling me names, threatening me! I absolutely reported her. I would be afraid of letting someone who can't control themselves into my private home. She's definitely unhinged and borderline dangerous. Please be careful and selective to protect yourselves.
