This is my third time there and would prefer not to go back. 1st time to buy the car, and they loat the 2nd key. 2nd time, to get the key, but when I went in for the SCHEDULED appointment, they told me they had to order it and to come back. 3rd time, for a recall and they waited until I asked when it would be done after 1.5 hours (was supposed to take an hour) to tell me there was additional work they identified that really needed to be done...until pressed and it wasn't going to be a problem for years.
