This is my third time there and would prefer not to go back. 1st time to buy the car, and they loat the 2nd key. 2nd time, to get the key, but when I went in for the SCHEDULED appointment, they told me they had to order it and to come back. 3rd time, for a recall and they waited until I asked when it would be done after 1.5 hours (was supposed to take an hour) to tell me there was additional work they identified that really needed to be done...until pressed and it wasn't going to be a problem for years. TI bought part that they had in stock. They charged me handeling fee just for getting part from shelf to the counter.
I will never set foot in this place again. I was ripped off, lost my car and had to voluntarily repossess my car. They claimed to have sold the car in Aug 2018, a 2018 Nissan Sentra for $12900 when the car was less than 5 months in my possession in 2018. I had leased it.
