Very disappointed at management here. I paid for a full diagnosis because my engine light was on and they only ran a scan, found 3 error codes and asked me to go to a Ford dealership for a system update. In theory, something else could still be causing the problem but they decided not to rule out any other problems even when I paid for this. Purchased a Nissan Murano a few weeks ago and have been madly in love ever since I first saw it. I worked with Kiesha and she was hands down the best saleswoman I have ever experienced.
