I went and had the $63 pedicure with Betty. She was supposed to have done the paraffin wax that was included with my pedicure but did not. The polish was outside of the nail and she never did a top coat on the polish. As soon as her regular customer came in she was done with me and started with her. Overall, the service was very subpar.

As an African American woman, I was stared down from the moment I walked in. I arrived at 12:30pm and was immediately told to “come back at 2pm” with no explanation at all. I wasn’t asked to wait, even though another woman was already waiting and being helped. The whole interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Truly a horrible establishment in Goodyear.

I went into this wonderful nail salon for a manicure and pedicure, and the ladies who work here are so friendly and they care so much about you. I have had acrylic nails for 17 years and I’ve walked into nail salons who just treat you like a number and not as a person. They have extreme attention to detail, they understand exactly what you’re wanting and is definitely the best nail salon I have been to in Goodyear. They refused to service me because I wanted them to fix my nails. The lady told me she didn’t have time. Disappointing terrible customer service don’t waste your time just got up the road to C’est La Vie nails! Way better
