Terrible customer service, wanted a nail removal, was told “we’re busy” and “we don’t have time.
I went into this wonderful nail salon for a manicure and pedicure, and the ladies who work here are so friendly and they care so much about you. I have had acrylic nails for 17 years and I’ve walked into nail salons who just treat you like a number and not as a person. They have extreme attention to detail, they understand exactly what you’re wanting and is definitely the best nail salon I have been to in Goodyear. They refused to service me because I wanted them to fix my nails. The lady told me she didn’t have time. Disappointing terrible customer service don’t waste your time just got up the road to C’est La Vie nails! Way better
Do not recommend for any younger individuals or African Americans. The clients that frequent here are predominantly Caucasian middle age and older women. They will stare at you upon entry, as if you walked into a “whites only” establishment. I’ve been here twice and was serviced once. The first time I entered I was stared down by the customers and asked to return the next day by the business owners because they were busy. I did not return the next day. I did come back weeks later. Went to have my eyebrows tinted…Paid-50$ the tinted lasted for 2 days … when I was told 3 weeks … all I can say is never again !!!!!!
