Michael and Sandy were great to work with. I purchased the house from their email online. I wasn’t there to see it and he took extra pictures for me and helped me find anyone local I needed for repair, insurance etc. kept in touch nearly daily. He made the closing easy and basically took care of everything. A very easy transaction.
