Tengo varios días llamando para darle servicio a mi vehículo y no puedo comunicarme y al parecer en Watertown no aceptan la garantía de otro dealer de Mitsubishi. Quisiera saber qué puedo hacer para poder darle servicio a mi vehículo que es por 5 años. Gracias

Very sad and unprofessional business practice. Customers are not even Notify now if you want service through warranty on Mitsubishi you have to drive far away 30 minutes . called the Watertown Mistabishi and it sound like they won't even honor the Mitsubishi warranty sad. But gladly I called Bertera Mitsubishi in west Springfield spoke to the service advisor he say he would honor the warranty The service advisor was very kind and professional on phone so I’ll take the drive to Bertera Mitsubishi for service.

I have edited my rating because the customer service is not as great as it has been in the past. I called in the beginning of December and was told they were closed for a month without any notification to customers. After Jan 1st when they were to reopen I have called multiple times for the past few weeks and nobody ever answers the phones.

It was a great business until the decided to just close doors and not lot customers know. I was one of the lucky customers who purchased a vehicle with the lifetime oil changes. Was never informed they were closing nor where to go that would accept it! If they moved there’s no updated address or anything and they are still trying to sell cars on their website, if someone schedules a test drive they are gonna show up to a place that has nothing there
