John and Carrie helped us buy our very first home! As first-time home-buyers, there was a lot we didn't know, but they made the process MUCH easier, even through all the ups and downs. It was great to have someone we could depend on helping us out, and Carrie especially was great about getting back to us quickly whenever we had a question. John McDonald was referred to me by my real estate agent in Ohio who helped us sell our home there. John and his wife Carrie have always been very helpful to me and my husband with our buys and sells. They even accommodated us with a spontaneous viewing of our house after we were already under contract buying it. We just wanted to see it again and they met us on a whim. Buying a house while living in a different state can be very stressful. John was always available to us by phone, text or email. When we came to Tennessee to look at houses he was ready to show us homes and work with our tight schedule, he even arranged a last minute showing for the house that we ended up buying.
