Disorganized and understaffed. Saw a same day appointment available and scheduled oil change/tire rotation. Front desk person overworked, one person trying to handle check in and checkout. Waited an hour to find out that they were supposed to block appointments, was given the choice to wait 4 hours or reschedule for another week. Huge waste of time.
This Mazda dealership & service department is by far unsurpassed by any of the dealerships where I purchased both my Mazdas & had them serviced as well. Had some recall work done and they did a full inspection, which is fine. What was not fine was an estimate to replace a burned out headlight for $1200! I declined to have it done because I wanted to research, and they do indeed cost that much. However, I also found a missing fuse under the hood for the headlights! $5 later they worked fine. I can not believe their service department didn’t know or think to simply check the fuse box for an electrical system problem! First rule of simple car maintenance!
