I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on July 9, 2026, and this was, without question, the worst dealership experience I have ever had. Before driving more than an hour to the dealership, I spoke with management by phone and negotiated the terms of the purchase. I clearly explained that I had a $30,000 cashier's check and a pre-approval letter from my bank to finance the remaining balance. Just purchased my 2026 CX-50 Hybrid Premium from El Dorado Mazda Mckinney Texas. I give Justin Stamps a 10 for being professional, honest and helpful. He made the purchase process so simple. Never once did he push any extra charges for unwanted services on me. Thank-You Justin! Love! Love! Love! my new CX-50!

Sold me a car that had a masked engine light, next day the engine light was on for the aftermarket exhaust. Car had some other minor problems within the 60 day dealer warranty. I scheduled an appointment BEFORE the 60 day warranty was up, however they couldn't repair the car until 1 day after the warranty expired and then handed me an estimate for $3,700 for things I didn't even ask to have looked at and said the car was out of warranty. I bought a car with a "dealer installed anti-theft Deterrent system" They said they do this to all the cars and it is mandatory. they charged me 834 dollars for a 2-5 dollar sticker and invisible paint. When I asked the product name and how it works as there are no installed components , the sales manager gave me a generic term and told to just tell my insurance company that to get a discount. My Jeep has been on the lot untouched for 2.5 weeks because the dealer suspects a warranty issue. They put my jeep at the back of the pack because there is no money in the fix. Super frustrating because my car rental is expensive. Service department is passive aggressive so far. We will see where this ends. Keep ya posted but beware!

I would like to give it no stars, that’s what they deserve. I bought a new 2025 Mazda CX5 and it developed several problems on the safety systems. The automobile was taken in three times, and the problems were not repaired, I don’t think they were even looked at. Service is the worst anywhere. I received a survey from Mazda, and I filled it out honestly stating bad service, which was 100% truthful. Just bought a new Mazda CX-5 CE from an out of town dealership and two weeks later, I experienced a Keyless System Malfunction light and the car wouldn't start. I had it towed to Dyer Mazda and Johnathan in Service gave me a loaner for the weekend. He kept me informed of the problem and when my car was ready for pickup. I appreciate the top-notch service, quick turnaround, and know I'll be taken care of in the future.
